Registration at Student Outreach requires users to provide personal details such as name, father's name, address, email address, mobile number, school, class, stream, area of interest, etc., which may be utilized by Student Outreach.

Student Outreach may also collect additional information during your access to the website, including but not limited to your browser type, operating system, IP address, date and time of visits, pages visited, time spent on the site, frequency of visits, location, and other click-stream data.

By accessing the website, you acknowledge that some files may be stored on your system. Student Outreach also provides access via Google/Facebook accounts; during this process, personal information may be shared with Student Outreach and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Regardless of the login method, you remain bound by the End User License Agreement (EULA), Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer of Student Outreach.

Student Outreach stores and processes your information at secure data centers/servers protected by both physical and reasonable technological security measures, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the associated Rules. You agree not to object to the transfer or use of your information in this manner.

Student Outreach recognizes the right to be forgotten as per international standards. Thus, we honor requests for erasure from users. If you cease using our website and wish to have your information deleted, we will respect such a request. You may delete your account by emailing hello@studentoutreach.in. User data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of such a request.

Student Outreach reserves the right to use your information as provided. Such usage does not violate any rights you may have in your information. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, revocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise copyright, publicity, and database rights (excluding other rights) you hold in your information, in any media now known or not currently known.

Despite reasonable efforts, Student Outreach cannot control user-generated content on the website, which may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please exercise caution and practice safe browsing when using the website.

Student Outreach may share data with customers, vendors, clients, or third parties for certification, marketing purposes, and such sharing will be deemed consented to by you through your use of the website/application. This sharing of information will not entitle you to compensation or remuneration from Student Outreach.

Student Outreach may also share information with mentors or third parties to fulfill your requirements, to contact you with information, promotional materials, and offers from us or our affiliates, related companies, educational institutions, marketing partners, and other third parties if you have opted to receive such communications; or as required by law.

"Confidential Information" includes all information disclosed by Student Outreach to users, whether written, oral, or visual, including but not limited to:

● Technical, financial, commercial, or other business-related information
● Confidential or proprietary information from third parties
● Data derived from the above-mentioned information

However, "Confidential Information" does not include information that:

● Is publicly available other than through disclosure by Student Outreach ● Was known to the user on a non-confidential basis before disclosure by Student Outreach
● Is disclosed to the user from a source not prohibited from sharing such information
● Was independently developed by the user without reference to the Confidential Information
● Is approved for release by written permission from Student Outreach
● Is required to be disclosed by law or judicial order

In such cases, the user shall give adequate notice to Student Outreach before disclosure to provide an opportunity to respond. The user agrees to keep all Confidential Information confidential and use it solely as required for the engagement or as permitted by this agreement. The user will employ reasonable measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure and restrict access to those who need to know.

The confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement for one year.

By using the Site and/or providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in Student Outreach’s Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Student Outreach may update the Privacy Policy periodically. Users are required to stay informed about any changes. By continuing to access the website, you are deemed to accept the updated Privacy Policy.
